Our Non Profit has an Immediate need for a Part time experienced
Full Charge Bookkeeper to work 16-24 hour per week a very flexible
Duties: Record revenue and support, manage accounts payable,
process payroll, reconcile bank and credit card accounts, make
general journal entries, prepare financial statements and budget
reports, maintain internal controls, file paper and electronic
records, follow organizational policies and applicable laws.
Essential knowledge, skills, and abilities are:
Detail oriented and organized
Strong bookkeeping and payroll knowledge
Knowledge of and experience preparing nonprofit financial
Good Excel skills
Accuracy and ability to produce high quality work within the time
constraints of the bill rate and budget
Finding someone who wants part-time to fit in with other
commitments or their work-life balance would be ideal for us.
