off, we want to hear from you.Position SummaryAs our Customer
Support Organization continues to grow and expand globally, we are
looking to build a first-class Customer Support Quality Assurance
team. The Sr QA Risk Advisor that will help build and launch a
quality assurance program to oversee the risk operations of our
clients as well as support our Risk Operations, Call Center, and
Production Support teams.The Sr Quality Assurance Risk Advisor will
be expected to help design and execute testing and monitoring plans
for review of our client's risk operations. Other key activities
include analyzing data to identify process gaps and opportunities,
and partnering with Operations Leaders, Training and other senior
managers to recommend mitigating activities for risk, improve
customer experience, team performance and close process gaps.The Sr
QA Risk Advisor will lead QA and audit reviews, providing assurance
over the quality of multiple levels of work output as they align
with regulatory compliance expectations. This position will also be
responsible for the implementation of corrective action plans with
first and second lines of defense and presentation of findings to
Internal/External Audit Management teams. Additionally, this role
will assist with, and contribute to the evolution of policies,
procedures, guidance, training, and compliance processes.What
You'll Do
- Conduct tests and inspections of processes against policies and
procedures as well as regulatory requirements to evaluate quality
or performance, ensuring alignment between QA metrics, regulatory
expectations and organizational priorities
- Ensure consistency in scoring and adoption of the QA
framework
- Report performance and track areas of improvements on multiple
levels, both internally and externally
- Perform trend analysis on evaluation data and provide
feedback
- Develop and establish controls in collaboration with our
Compliance/Legal Team and third-party partners.
- Coordinate with other specialists to continuously improve and
evolve the QA framework and scorecards, including the development
of new QA functions
- Work closely with our internal and external support and
compliance teams to ensure all policies are being followed and make
recommendations for improvement.
- Establish strong relationships, and a feeling of inclusiveness
within the CSO organization through cross-functional alignment
- Clearly articulate challenges and recommendations to all levels
of stakeholders. What We're Looking For
- 3+ years experience in an Audit/Quality Assurance role, or
similar experience in an oversight/compliance environment
- Bachelor's degree in risk management, business, economics,
communications, statistics, finance or related field or equivalent
experience
- Experience working directly with or supporting Risk Ops teams
within payments/banking or working directly with regulators in the
US and either Canada, Asia Pacific UK/EU, and in particular
customer regulators and banking regulators.
- Demonstrated knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC regulations, risks and
controls implementation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to
analyze trends, uncover opportunities, and make recommendations for
improvement
- Great organizational skills with a proven ability to
prioritize, manage, and deliver multiple, complex projects on
time
- Ability to create a vision and translate it into detailed and
prioritized plans, with ongoing action and tracking over various
timeframes
- Desire to build and implement new processes that improve the
experiences of our customers and increase efficiencies of our
support operations teams
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication, and
presentation skills, with a proven ability to work with and
influence cross-functional teams
- Curiosity, creativity, motivation, and capability of working on
