We're currently building the democratization of banking by enabling our customers to earn money for their everyday purchases while building their credit score (Get Paid to Build Credit!). We're just getting started and would love to work with you!The roleWe are looking for an experienced General Manager to define and drive the overall product and business strategy for our Advance and Tax line of financial services. In this role, you will partner closely with leadership to define and drive OKRs.What you will be doing

• Develop and implement a validated product vision, strategy, and roadmap with the aim of hitting annual plans while delighting our customers
• Partner with leadership to define and drive the overall product and business strategy for our Tax products
  • Ensure the product, design, and engineering teams are aligned on the key business goals and outcomes
  • Ensure successful product lifecycle management; leading risk, customer feedback, business model, product return on investment, and quality
  • Develop key performance including north star metric, usage and growth metrics, and quality benchmarks to measure and track product and team performance
  • Collaborate with marketing leadership to define positioning, messaging, and other go-to-market activitiesAbout you
    • BA degree or higher
    • 6+ years of experience
    • The ability to build hard-working product teams and drive them to exceed goals, implement consistently, and deliver outstanding results
    • Have experience leading consumer growth product strategies and teams
    • You have strong product experience and a love of creating user-centric product strategies
    • A proven track record to drive significant business growth and change
    • Distinctive problem-solving and data-driven analysis skills, combined with impeccable business judgment
    • The ability to identify market trends
