Are you an Accounting and Payroll Specialist? This is the position for you ! This positions offers Competitive Pay ? Great Location ? Fun Environment ? Successful candidates must be detail oriented, a self starter, and have experience in the performance of accounts payable, data entry and general office duties. Need to be familiar with Microsoft Excel and Koronos systems..

Job Responsibilities

? ? Work directly with a union dues, medical paperwork, open enrollment as directed by union contract

? Track personal leave (PTO) for all exempt employees

? Track monthly/quarterly/annual employee head count

? Track profit-sharing accrual monthly

? Utilize multiple vendors to process benefits enrollment online (e.g., medical, dental vision, life/AD&D, LTD)

? Update benefits HRIS databases as needed

? Add/delete employees in multiple systems

? Forward benefits packages and cover letters to new hires

? Maintain employee files - ensure files are up-to-date and orderly

? ? Handle 401k/profit sharing distributions/hardship withdrawal paperwork. Monitor paperwork for accuracy and make sure all steps are completed until payment is received

? Audit and submit multiple benefit bills for payment upon approval

? Track stock option payments for participating employees

? Coordinate with upper managers to obtain approval of legal bills
