Key Responsibilities
Coordinate, implement, and maintain claim submission
requirements
Identify trends and issues impacting billing efficiency and
performance
Review service codes and billing requirements to ensure compliance
for clean claim submission
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience with health insurance and claim
submissions
Foundational understanding of billing processes and terminology
Data-driven with the ability to build metrics for performance
tracking
Experience in growing and developing a billing team
