    • Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMResponsibilities:Essential Duties & Responsibilities of the Executive Administrative Assistant:
      • Support the CEO (70 %), CFO (15 %) and COO (15 %)'s daily operations and needs of their schedules;
      • Conduct problem solving tactics on elevated calls or appropriate complainatory calls to appropriate departments;
      • Collect invoices, purchase receipts and processing expense reports and distribute payments to departments, as necessary;
      • Coordinate travel for office visits of executives and off-site meetings;
      • Plan catering events, orders, logistics, dinner reservation and corporate luncheons;
      • Administrative tasks, including ordering cards, flowers, etc for various staff occasions;
      • Generate and distribution of managerial reports relating to headcount, retention, salaries and benefits administration;
      • Assist with ad hoc projects, as required;
      • Provide calendar management for a self-starting and independent CEO.Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PMSkills:Knowledge, Skills and Abilities for an ideal Executive Assistant:
        • 5 + years of Administrative Assistant experience in a fast-paced setting;
        • 2 + years of supporting Director, or C-Suite level directors required;
        • Strong sense of personal integrity, self-starter, reliable;
        • Sensitivity to confidential documentation and employee personnel files;
        • Experienced in Calendar, Event/Reservation Management and on-the-fly Administrative tasks, as needed;
        • Proficiently skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) are an ABSOLUTE MUST, including use of PivotTables, Formulas, VLookup (V-Lookup), charts and graphs in MS Excel.
