Job Description:
The largest Health care provider in the East Bay is actively
seeking a seasoned Executive Assistant to join the organization. We
are actively interviewing for this position, so please take a look

Top daily responsibilities: Orchestrates and organizes project
meetings, schedules and materials such as agendas, timeliness,
reports and presentations.
o Screens telephone calls/visitors, refers to appropriate staff
member.
o Performs data input and maintains established databases.
oHelp Patient care Coordinators with issuing IM letters and Durable
Medical Equipment to members (meeting patients/their families in
their hospital rooms), oversees/maintains DME closet
o Maintains confidential department files and records.
o May provide training/direction to other non-exempt personnel.
Desired skills:
Qualifications/Experience:
o Four (4) years experience performing administrative support
functions for department managers.
Additional Requirements:
o Strong proficiency w/ MS Office applications (Word, Excel and
PowerPoint).
o Strong proficiency in Lotus Notes
o Well organized and detail oriented.
o Strong customer service skills.
o Ability to merge documents and summarize information.
o Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Soft Skills: o Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment/Knowledge of
Medicare Appeal rights
