We are actively recruiting for high level Executive Assistants to
work for one of the Bay Area's largest health care facilities.

working in the health care field in administrative work.
REQUIRES PROFICIENCY IN LOTUS NOTES OR OUTLOOK CALENDAR MANAGEMENT,
AS WELL AS MICROSOFT OFFICE SUITE.
WILL BE SUPPORTING 2-3 EXECUTIVES
Supports executive management. Responsibilities may include making
travel and meeting arrangements, screening calls, composing letters
and reports, preparing presentations and financial data. Has
advanced computer skills including word processing, spreadsheet,
presentation and database software; and may train others. Has the
ability to perform Internet research. Work is generally of highly
confidential nature. Possesses strong interpersonal skills,
leadership, negotiation, analytical and problem solving skills.
MUST HAVES: RELIABILITY, ABILITY TO MULTI-TASK AND PERFORM IN A
HIGH PRESSURE ENVIRONMENT
DAILY 5 Responsibilities: EXECUTIVE LEVEL CALENDAR SUPPORT,
MANAGING OFFICE FUNCTIONS SUCH AS COPY AND BREAK ROOMS, MAKING
MEETING ARRANGEMENTS, COORDINATING WITH FACILITIES SERVICES AND
OTHER INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO COORDINATE SPACE MOVES, ON BOARDING
OF STAFF. ARRANGING FOR COMPUTERS, LOTUS NOTES ACCESS
***REQUIRES HS OR GED, BACHELOR'S PREFERRED
