Immediate need for office coordinator seeking ability to interface with all levels of employees, ability to work well in a fast paced environment and detail oriented. Excellent written and verbal skills, basic computer skills/strong computer aptitude and team player will be keys to success in this growing, prestigious, well-known, dynamic, stable organization. Will be responsible for receive all incoming telephone calls and route cal, maintain all records in accordance with the Quality and faxing, photocopying and other general office duties for Staffing/Employment Agencies company.
