Job Description:


The Receptionist /Administrative Assistant supports the Administration Department and Executive Team in all aspects of providing quality reception functions, administrative services, and program-specific support.


  • Enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills.
  • 2 years office experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office program and ability to create spreadsheets and databases with Excel
  • Organizational skills and ability to self-direct.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to react to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
  • AA degree or equivalent experience and education.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and produce high quality and accurate work.
  • Ability to create a welcoming and professional front desk environment for our clients, families, and community.
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking preferred.
