Job Description:
OverviewAs the Administrative Assistant for the Facilities &
Maintenance department, you will collaborate with other members of
the Facilities Services team to maintain records, manage phone
lines, and perform special projects as requested. This role is a
great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the logistics of
facilities and maintenance that contribute to a successful
nonprofit. You will use your organizational skills to prioritize
projects and communicate with your team who is equally passionate

serve.Responsibilities* Maintain department files, facility/fleet
services database, and purchase order requests* Prepare
correspondence (letters, memos, protocols, conferences, etc.)*
Photocopy, fax, and distribute incoming mail.* Maintain and update
agency documents and manuals.* Schedule and follow-up on a variety
projects, special requests, and maintenance requests.* Manage
multiple phone lines.Qualifications* Bachelor's degree required* At
least one year experience in an office setting* Excellent phone
skills* Strong organizational and communication skills* Strong
writing and financial skills* Fulfillment of TB test,
fingerprinting, and any other mandatory state/federal requirements*
Task and detail-oriented* Word and Excel literate* Strong computer
skills* Proof of Covid-19 vaccination and booster.Schedule*
Full-time, Monday-FridayBenefits* Starting at $20.25 per hour,
additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language
