- File, copy and faxing for multiple departments
- Route calls appropriately
- Maintain office facility and resources
- Submit data in various forms into electronic systems- Ability to
manage, lead change and build process improvements
- Proven knowledge of Placement
- Well-founded grasp of Onsite
- Solid understanding of payroll
- Clerical Duties experience
- Experience with cost analysis
- Materials Handling experience
- Practical knowledge of Time Entries
- About Time experience
- General familiarity with Subject Matter Expert
- Quality experience with NIS
- Finish tasks independently
- Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is
desired
- An enthusiastic teammate who is willing to take on anything from
small internal administrative tasks to high profile requests
- Skills that allow for the completion of general office work, the
operation of basic office equipment, and the routing of incoming
materials to the proper individuals
