Front Desk Receptionist- Up to $18/hour

Job Description:

A well-established firm in the East Bay is currently seeking a highly-motivated and experienced Front Office Receptionist.



The Office Receptionist duties include every aspect of managing the front office and phone support. You are the Voice of the Company, and must represent our company as a highly competent professional at all times. We have a centralized phone system, and you will be responsible for answering and routing the calls to support, sales, customer service, order management and executive management. Other duties include data entry, marketing assistance, outbound event confirmation, filing and updates to our Customer Relationship Management System, and order management projects. Strong MS Excel and data entry skills are required. Specific duties include:



Inbound phone call answering


Outbound phone event confirmation


Order Management Projects


Data entry


Marketing Event Projects


Mastery of shipping and mailing


Coordination of Office Events and Food Orders


Filing and Storage Management


Support for other staff members with miscellaneous tasks as necessary


Supply ordering for kitchen & office / maintaining orderly kitchen area



Job Requirements:



Previous reception experience on multiline phone system, answering at least 50 calls per day.


Excel, MS Office and data management systems experience


Team Player with a ?get it done? approach to problem solving


Must have an upbeat positive attitude


Must be able to multitask in fast paced environment


Self- starter who is passionate about customer service


Creates work plan to manage to goals


Identifies Area of Process Improvements, Creates Plan and Brings Forward to Management


Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, while maintaining a high level of quality and commitment to project time frames.


Excellent verbal and written communication skills:


Ability to speak clearly and concisely


Excellent email communications


Possesses good interpersonal skills:


Establishes rapport and works well with others


Good communication, teamwork, problem solving and trouble shooting skills
