Job Description:
A company is looking for an Administrative Assistant to support
operations leaders in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel for
operations leaders
Track and process expense reports in accordance with company
policies
Organize meetings and events, including logistics and follow-up on
action items
Required Qualifications and Education
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar
role
High School Diploma or GED required
Prior office experience preferred, including organizing information
and working with databases
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook)
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
