Position Summary
Marqeta is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing Manager who possesses a blend of strategic and analytical thinking, marketing acumen, and leadership. - -
This position will report into the Head of Demand Generation, and is an integral role for creating engagements with strategic accounts through multiple channels using paid digital, offline, personal engagements and partnering with the sales team. -
This professional will own day-to-day execution and evolution of our account-based marketing strategies that drive targeted account reach, engagement and accelerate pipeline velocity. - In collaboration with sales leadership, they will develop target account goals, objectives and measurable KPIs for supporting marketing programs.

What You'll Do

  • Work closely with sales to develop the target account strategies that includes a mix of digital, offline marketing tactics, sales readiness and events
  • Defining workflows, playbooks and campaign programs to drive account engagement.
  • Manage a contractor to deploy and optimize outcomes from Linkedin paid advertising
  • Dive deeply into intent data to drive account outreach and shape paid media spend
  • Partner closely with sales to establish monthly, quarterly and annual marketing demand generation plans and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Product Marketing, Content, and Competitive to develop positioning, messaging, and content strategies that are focused on target buyer personas within industry verticals
  • Define program goals, objectives and track measurable KPIs that clearly show campaign influence for reach, engagement and pipeline acceleration.
  • Communicate and educate the sales and marketing team regarding new and planned marketing programs and tactics

    What We're Looking For

    • 6+ years B2B technology marketing experience with 3+ years of account-based marketing experience running targeted account programs
    • Ideally 2+ years experience in financial technology
    • Ability to create, review and edit content for both marketing and sales needs
    • Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Automation (Marketo, Hubspot, etc) required. -
    • Experience with ABM and data tools (e.g. Demandbase, Clearbit) - is a plus
    • Experience managing and executing campaigns leveraging direct mail, email nurtures, content syndication and virtual events.
    • Data-driven with strong attention to detail, when planning and executing marketing programs
    • Excellent project management, analytical and budget management skills
    • Comfortable working in a fast paced work environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while executing both short and long term growth goals
    • Proven ability to lead cross functional teams through collaboration and influence -
    • Experience with the optimization of customer acquisition channels: SEM, Social/Display Ads
    • Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
