Job Description:

A company is looking for a Performance Marketing Senior Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and maintain performance marketing campaigns across various channels
Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance
Run experiments to find growth opportunities and analyze traffic data

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of full-time experience in performance marketing
Expertise in scaling up on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Facebook Ads
Experience with other ad platforms like Quora Ads and Reddit Ads
Analytical skills for setting up, running, and reporting on experiments
Experience in hiring, leading, and mentoring a team
