A company is looking for an Instructional Writer II.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, write, and implement training materials, programs, and
curricula for staff and customers
Research and prepare proposals, policies, and procedures
Provide coaching, train new employees, and participate in special
projects
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
2 years of professional writing experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer-based training
tools
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience with training technologies and software like Adobe and
PowerPoint
