Great candidates are likely to be Mechanically inclined, experience with power tools Comfortable with learning and using new technology Have vast pool experience and are comfortable swimming Enjoy working outside, in a variety of conditions, and not sitting in a cube or office every day Appreciate working a flexible schedule, night shifts or weekends as our customer might need Enjoy, and be able, to perform intermittent, sometimes heavy, physical labor We enjoy developing our people and providing comprehensive training in state-of-the-art methods and techniques using the best in equipment. In the job you’ll be asked to do: Perform full scope pool and spa repairs. This includes but is not limited to; spot repairs, repipes, skimmer and wall fitting replacements, above and below ground repairs, manifold rebuilds Swim in pools performing structure and plumbing tests Communicate with management, colleagues, and customers Provides professional courteous customer service Work outdoors & away from the office Master underground leak locating equipment Desired Qualifications Enjoy being in a job that rewards intuitive, hardworking, fast, efficient, people who have no problem wearing uniform, and with a keen eye for detail Proficient in patch back of a variety of pool deck surfaces including exposed aggregate and kool deck Any plumbing, mechanical, pool experience and construction background is a big plus Exceptional team player; fun, energetic, goal oriented, positive, optimistic, and great attitude! Current Driver’s License, with relatively clean driving record Ability to create well written and concise reports to effectively describe the leak issue or repair Self-motivated, enjoy working independently, self-starter, organized, and enjoys being self-directed Ability to swim, (diving certificate a plus) Neat appearance / Has a high standard of professionalism and character Mechanically inclined, knows how to use a variety of tools Ability to take on physical work and capable of moving/lifting up to 100 pounds Reach out today and let us know you’re interested in learning more!
