Wipfli is seeking a Manager, Graduate Medical Education Reimbursement and Finance, who will lead client engagements and work with teams specializing in Graduate Medical Education ("GME") program design, development, and improvement. This position will be responsible for leading the financial modeling, reimbursement modeling, and pro forma analysis for our clients who consist of Federally Qualified Health Centers, community hospitals, and academic medical centers throughout the nation. We are looking for an experienced GME reimbursement professional who has a track record of directing projects involving financial/reimbursement modeling, forecasting, and financial analysis with effective project communication, organization, and project management skills. This role will support Wipfli's national GME and workforce practice with the specific opportunity to be a key contributor, leader, and driver of industry growth. WHAT YOU'LL DO * Lead engagements and direct teams specializing in financial modeling and forecasting, reimbursement modeling, and pro forma analysis to support strategic, operational, or programmatic planning for our clients.--- Be the go-to contact for GME financial communication to clients to ensure effective project delivery and client satisfaction.--- Ability to conduct research in numerous regulatory areas regarding Medicare reimbursement, GME reimbursement and implications for new/expanded GME programs based on state specific grant/reimbursement opportunities. --- Strategically advise a variety of healthcare related organizations on various GME reimbursement and financial matters to include clinical, educational, and administrative components.--- Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with a diverse set of deliverables at any given time.--- Prepare and present meaningful project deliverables and results to senior executives/leadership teams.--- Support business development efforts by participating in sales pursuits, creating meaningful relationships with clients, prospects, key referral partners, and developing new products and services. WHAT WE SEEK * Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field required, Master's degree in business administration and/or a healthcare-related field preferred. CPA license preferred.--- At least five years of experience working as a healthcare reimbursement/financial consultant or within a hospital or academic medical center or other healthcare setting. Experience with Graduate Medical Education programs preferred.--- Working understanding of healthcare financial and reimbursement models.--- Ability to interpret cost reports and guide clients in cost reporting as it pertains to GME.--- Demonstrated record of solving complex problems, directing, and managing individuals, and completing challenging projects.--- Ability to communicate with clients and team members effectively and concisely.--- Ability to analyze data and recommend solutions/strategies.--- Ability to creatively strategize with clients and team members and mentor team members as needed.--- The ability to prioritize work for multiple clients and consistently meet deadlines.--- Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other Microsoft Office products and various other technology applications. --- Ability and willingness to travel. #LI-CV1 #LI-REMOTE Wipfli is an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer.
