Job Description:
An information technology and services company is in need of a
Remote Senior Engineering Manager. Individual must be able to
fulfill the following responsibilities: Deliver KPIs to measure
quality, velocity, and cycle time Influence and guide engineers to
deliver testable code, automatable UI, and standards-based APIs
Hold employees accountable for achieving their departmental goals
and meeting performance objectives Skills and Requirements Include:
Demonstrated success developing and leading a team 7+ years of
experience developing and improving Web applications A track record
of iterative development Experience working across organizational
boundaries Possess solid understanding of API's development,
security standards e.g., OAUTH and SAML
