Job Description:
We're looking for a Solution Architect that will help us design
and assist our sales team to deliver our new FinTech system with
best-in-class tools. Lead the technical sales effort at Peach by
engaging with our customers, understanding their needs, and
architecting a solution that will fit their needs. Join a small
team of experts and make a huge impact on the rapidly growing
industry. Responsibilities
- Assist sales teams in technical overviews of Peach
solutions.
- Work closely with Account Executives as a crucial member of the
sales team on deal strategy and tactics.
- Be the product expert within the sales team understanding the
features and functions of Peach products.
- Listen to product and technical challenges presented by
prospects and determine how Peach can address them.
- Communicate and listen to clients to understand their pain
points and prescribe solutions.
- Coordinate product and technical questions and issues with
internal stakeholders.
- Be the "voice of the customer" for the product and development
teams.Requirements
- 5+ years solution engineering or product experience at an
enterprise SaaS company -
- Adept at demonstrating and explaining complex enterprise
solutions.
- Working with FinTech lenders or banking infrastructure
Collaborative with sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Team player and ability to juggle multiple
responsibilities.
- Ability to understand technical API-driven solutions.
- Start up experience is a plus
- Product Management experience is a plus
- Work in the East-Bay or remote!
