We're continuing to invest heavily in building the most talented team in the Creator Economy and are looking for an Engineering Leaderto support our mission.This role is based in San Franciscoand open to those who are able to be in-office 2 days per week on a hybrid work model.About the Role

• Build and lead world-class product engineering teams that work full-stack.
• Work on opportunities across the entire creator-facing Patreon product surface
• Take accountability & ownership for big impact and strategic areas of investment to drive direct value to creators and membership
• Work in a cross-functional strong partnership with Product, Design, DS, Finance and teams that directly interface with our creators
• Expand on our strong culture of hypothesis, experimentation, metrics-focused measurement
• Be an advocate and represent your team's work in company-wide forums
• Participate in company-wide hiring activities such as recruiting, interviewing, and closing top candidates.About You
