and institutional customers.We are currently seeking a full-time
Energy Engineer II to join our Policy & Ratings team. Our Policy &
Ratings Team supports the development of building codes, product
standards, and other policies through a data-driven analytical
approach. The person selected to fill this position shall have
knowledge of building science, decarbonization, energy-efficient
technologies, energy codes and standards, and energy modeling.
Knowledge of HVAC and industrial systems is especially sought
after, together with knowledge of grid harmonization technologies,
demand response, and distributed generation. Knowledge of data
science techniques and programming languages, including python,
Ruby, Perl, or R is a plus.
As a member of the Energy Solutions P&R team, you will have a
broad impact on state and national energy codes, and energy
efficiency markets through our work for major North American
utilities, state and local governments, and other national leaders

Energy Solutions operates as a predominantly remote workforce with
offices in six different locations. Employees who reside within 40
miles of an office will be assigned to that location, though
in-office attendance requirements may vary by team. At this time,

Minimum Qualifications:
Compensation to commensurate with experience with the pay band of
$85,000 - $102,000/AnnuallyCompensation is commensurate with
experience and includes a generous retirement package. Energy
Solutions provides an excellent benefits package including medical,
dental and vision insurance, other pre-tax contribution plans and
an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
