  • Design for delight: Develop sleek and intuitive user interfaces for Wispr Flow's evolving technologies & products
  • Own the product vision: Define and drive the product strategy across web and desktop, ensuring excellence in performance and usability
  • Collaborate across teams: Work closely with the founders and designers to push the boundaries of what's possible
  • Build for scale: Architect fast, reliable, and scalable front-end systems that handle massive audiences effortlessly.Who you are
    • Knowledgeable about design patterns & strong intuition for UI / UX flows
    • Take pride in getting the details right and operate from empathy
    • Passionate about prototyping and creating accessible experiences
    • Have a voracious and intrinsic desire to learn and fill in missing skills
    • Thrive in a customer-focused, tight-knit and cross-functional environment
    • 2+ years of experience with React and TypeScript / JavaScript
    • Familiar with the quirks and qualities of CSS
    • Love to build (we don't have requirements for any academic degree)
