join us if your goals align with ours! We are seeking an Electrical
Engineer – PCB/PCBA Design to design high-density electronics for
RF user terminal applications. This role is deeply hands-on and
spans schematic capture, PCB layout, bring-up, and production
support. The engineer in this role will design mixed-signal, power,
and digital circuitry in close coordination with RF, systems,
mechanical, and manufacturing teams, contributing to system-level
architecture decisions including power distribution, thermal
strategy, and component selection. Successful candidates have
delivered complex HDI PCBAs into production and are comfortable
balancing performance, manufacturability, compliance, and cost.
Responsibilities Design schematic and layout of mixed-signal,
power, and digital circuitry for RF applications. Contribute to
system architecture decisions, including power networks, thermal
management, and component selection. Successful delivery of
PCB/PCBA builds using HDI technology Develop and execute PCBA test
plans with an emphasis on IEC compliance and reliability across
environmental conditions. Required Experience Strong working
knowledge and experience with schematic capture and layout of
high-density PCBs in Orcad or Allegro Working knowledge of Signal
Integrity, Power Integrity 5 years of hands-on experience in
board-level design, bring-up, manufacturing, and testing Experience
with DFM/DFT/DFX Experience with IPC standards for PCB
manufacturing, assembly, and test Established track record of
designing and releasing electronics into production, ensuring
manufacturability and cost efficiency Demonstrated experience with
general EE test equipment Education Bachelor’s in Electrical
Engineering, MS is preferred What Makes You Stand Out Previous
experience with HDI in high-reliability electronics Working
knowledge of RF design principles, including transmission line
theory and practical implementation in PCB layout. Experience in
testing complex digital, power, and RF systems, including active
antenna modules or phased arrays Experience in regulated industries
such as aviation or the automotive fields Base Salary Final
compensation package will include a competitive base salary,
