Enterprise Customer Success Manager, West Enterprise Customer
Success Manager, West Join Eko in our mission to improve the way
clinicians detect and monitor cardiac and respiratory disease. Eko
is a platform of advanced FDA-cleared sensors, patient and provider
software, and AI-powered analysis used by clinicians at over 4,000
U.S. hospitals. As an Enterprise CSM for the West, you will be
responsible for driving the relationship with some of our largest
hospital and health system customers in the western U.S. The ideal
candidate will have significant experience working with large
hospitals, health systems, and IDNs, with a broad working knowledge
of the healthcare ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a
trusted advisor and partner, navigating the customer on their
journey from onboarding and clinical implementation to renewal and
expansion.-- To succeed in this role, you must be able to expertly
orchestrate across multiple stakeholders within the health system,
map out a shared set of goals with the customer, and lead a
cross-functional group in accomplishing them.-- Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of customer needs/goals and work to
ensure that Eko and the customer have a shared definition of
successUse creative problem solving to help customers reach their
business goals and maximize the value they are getting from Eko
Deliver customer reports illustrating Eko's value delivery (e.g.
utilization, clinical impact, ROI), demonstrating a strategic
command of the customer's experience and linking results to the
customer's key business objectives Facilitate customer training,
implementation, performance measurement, renewal, and expansion.
Continually share educational resources, trainings, and best
practices Build relationships that turn your customers into power
users and evangelists of Eko. Synthesize customer feedback and work
with product, QA, and engineering to continually improve the
platform.--Bring additional value by encouraging deeper feature
adoption by identifying opportunities for expansion Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in
the healthcare SaaS space Experience managing accounts with greater
than $100K contact valueComfortable using Salesforce and other
using key account management platforms Willingness to travel
(estimated 30% once we are past the COVID era) Growth mindset
focused on retaining customers and creating opportunities to expand
beyond current services Location: Flexible, with preference for
major metro areas in the US
