The U.S. Department of Education Title III Grant - Strengthening Institutions Program (SIP) is designed to help higher education institutions expand their capacity to serve at-risk students by providing funds to improve and strengthen the institution's academic quality, institutional management, and fiscal stability. CCCC's Title III program, NAVIGATE, will transform student onboarding and advising through academic customer service and process improvement. The purpose of the Title III Implementation Manager (IT/Process) is to co-direct all Title III grant activities at CCCC. This position is responsible for carrying out the approved program plan and achieving the formulated objectives in their respective activities. The Title III Implementation Manager (IT/Process) will be responsible for (1) leading activities related to implementation of a new student onboarding and support software platform, (2) implementing process improvements and configuring the software platform to streamline student onboarding and support, (3) planning and implementing relevant professional development, and (4) reporting progress on project objectives to internal, external, and federal stakeholders. A separate co-director will lead project activities related to the restructure of the onboarding/advising division and tracking. This is a grant-funded position with an anticipated grant end date of September 30, 2026 . Continuation of position is contingent upon available state funding following the conclusion of the grant project. Essential Duties * Work closely with the Title III NAVIGATE Project Director (Student Support) to ensure a coordinated execution of all NAVIGATE project activities, including monitoring project timelines and tasks, communicating project status to stakeholders, gathering outcomes data, compiling reports, tracking project expenditures, and ensuring compliance with college, state and federal policies and regulations. * Provide assistance in determining institutional needs and NAVIGATE project effectiveness in relation to the institution's mission and strategic plan. * Establish contact with identified CCCC departments/divisions to provide an overview of the implementation process and to evaluate installation, setup, training, custom document and report requirements. * Translate departmental requests into technical steps to implement. * Conduct thorough reviews of all processes and work with identified departments to streamline and define how processes will be implemented using the software platform. * Configure, customize and set up the selected software application. * Work cross-departmently to provide direction and clarity regarding implemented features, how to configure the application, and what to expect to be available in future releases. * Serve as a liaison between the software vendor, CCCC's Information Technology department and the rest of the college. * Lead regular project team meetings to discuss project progress and implement program modifications, if necessary. * Create and maintain detailed records and project plans of discussions and decisions made throughout the implementation process. * Work cooperatively and professionally with others and provide excellent customer service. * Serve on College committees as assigned. * Complete five hours of professional development, annually. * Encourage and support College activities, policies, procedures, and philosophies. * Perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements * Associate's degree in education, business administration, communications, information technology, or related field; * 3 to 5 years of campus wide programming in higher education; * 1 to 3 years of post-secondary education enrollment and/or advising experience. Required knowledge, skills and abilities: * Understanding of software implementation methodologies. * Interest in and aptitude for working with data and technology. * Experience working with data integration projects. * Experience documenting processes, workflows and/or similar requirements. * Ability to work as a liaison between information technology and the end-user. * Ability to effectively plan and implement project activities. * Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills. * Ability to work as an effective part of a team. * Ability to provide technical training to a variety of audiences. * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. * Experience fostering and maintaining positive and collaborative relationships with stakeholders. * Excellent problem-solving skills. Preferred Requirements * Experience working on a Title III grant or a comparable large, federally-funded grant. * Experience managing budgets and tracking expenses. * Experience working with Ellucian Colleague ERP system * Experience working with Entrinsik Informer Data Analytics & Reporting * Experience working with Slate Admissions and Enrollment Software
