As an Enterprise Project Manager , you will be the first point of contact for our large enterprise customers ensuring a solid project plan and project management to provide a smooth onboarding and rollout. You conduct face to face customer meetings and calls on a regular basis with customer and internal stakeholders to drive proactive initiatives, support and problem solving to ensure complete customer satisfaction. - Your Responsibilities

  • Develop, review and implement tailored project plans for the designated customers in order to deliver a successful project implementation
  • Facilitate setting outcomes and measurable objectives with the customer, understanding the value and ROI for each customer
  • Engage across the customer's organization and works cross-functionally within Beekeeper to identify opportunities and risks, and present recommendations and solutions
  • Conduct face to face customer meetings and calls on a regular basis with customers and internal stakeholders to drive proactive initiatives and ensure strong adoption
  • Coordinate with internal Beekeeper teams to ensure timely delivery, mitigate risks and manage expectations towards the customers
  • Coordinate activities with implementation partners to ensure project delivery
  • Support Pre Sales in design of project approach and plan What we look for in you
    • 4+ years of relevant work experience in project management, ideally in SaaS
    • Experience of working with complex enterprise customers
    • Comfortable working multiple projects simultaneously
    • Ability to manage decentralized, global relationships with multiple stakeholders and build executive level relationships
    • Proven customer management skills/experience and effectiveness with difficult customer situations -
    • Being decisive and confident in fulfilling customer requirements in order to delight customers or overcome time constraints/deadlines
    • Experience managing cross functional teams within a customer organization to support a joint outcome
    • Highly organized and methodical with excellent follow-up to ensure customer expectations and deadlines are met
    • Excellent communication skills and analytical skills Bonus Points
      • Experience with full lifecycle SaaS implementation and deployment on a global scale
      • Working experience in a SaaS company
      • Good understanding of APIs and solution architecture
