Director of People Operations

Company: Obran Cooperative

Job Description:

This is how we are changing employment, addressing the wealth gap, and changing how people relate to their colleagues and their work. Our worker-owners are more engaged, valued and wealthy than workers who've never had access to ownership. And through our growth-through-acquisition approach, we see ourselves as an organization that can catalyze millions of new worker-owners nationwide and globally.
