The Rose Foundation is searching for a Program Director to lead our New Voices Are Rising youth leadership development program! This role is an exciting opportunity to support youth of color from frontline communities in Oakland and across the Bay Area to build collective power and advance environmental and social justice, community health, and climate resilience. The Program Director will collaboratively shape the long-range vision for the program; set the program's goals for youth leadership development and advancing environmental justice; maintain partnerships with funders, community partners, and government officials; and coordinate the overall management of the program.
