Our mindset is to become disruptors in the beverage category as a next-generation brand providing long-lasting and health-forward energy for those wanting to be great.The ideal Territory Sales Manager candidate thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, has sales experience, and is well-connected in the beverage industry. This candidate should be comfortable with frequent travel and be able to generate new sales leads on a regular basis. Are you ready to work hard and play hard? We are looking for talent who is passionate, well-connected, and loves building a brand.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Establish a dominant presence and work closely with distributors in Northern California
  • Aggressively target new and existing accounts, both individually and in partnership with distributors, to grow distribution and maximize space/products
  • Execute promotional programs and activities with key retail partners
  • Work closely with accounts and distributor partners to execute consumer samplings/events to drive sales
  • Execute brand standards at market level to include pricing, shelf placement, cold box placement, and displays
  • Record sales calls in VIP/KARMA tool and provide detailed recaps to distributor partners for follow up
  • Attend distributor meetings on a regular basis and schedule time with the distributor sales team in the trade
  • Ensure that distributor merchandising personnel adequately service accounts based on sales achieved and shelf/floor space obtained
  • Provide reports on day-to-day sales activities and results
  • Ability to effectively utilize technology including, but not limited to: Microsoft Office Suite, project management tools, and communication platformsQualifications
    • Located in Oakland, or surrounding area
    • Bachelor's degree
    • Sales experience and/or willingness to engage in sales training
    • Self-starter with strong organizational and time management skills
    • Well-spoken about the beverage business
    • Knows the retail environment - especially the grocery and convenience channels
    • Has the capabilities to create and deliver presentations
    • Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
    • Clean driving record required (No DUIs)
