Position Summary
Your mission as a Program Infrastructure Manager for the Program
Readiness team will include planning, building and maintaining
reporting to communicate key business results as well as leading
internal initiatives to improve Marqeta's program review process
and data quality. You will lead efforts to evolve Program Readiness
to support a growing and diverse customer base and operations in
multiple markets. The ideal candidate will be able to lead new
initiatives, establish structure where it may not exist and be able
to engage stakeholders at all levels and functions.
What you'll do
- Build in program support dependencies to streamline program
reviews and identify customer requests requiring additional review
from cross-functional partners
- Build and streamline program review and overall change
management process within Salesforce, inclusive of all customer
journey milestones pre and post-MSA
- Work with cross-functional teams to improve our data
infrastructure and data integrity
- Design and build reports and dashboards to monitor performance
metrics and identify opportunities for operational efficiencies and
facilitate business decision-making
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide analysis to help
increase operational efficiencies and high customer experience
- Ensure data integrity and source of truth for Programs
- Perform ad-hoc analyses of our performance and program trends
to inform leadership decisions and provide reporting in
Salesforce
- Lead projects that break down complex business problems into
key components and provide relevant insights and promote
operational change in Readiness
- Templatize Marqeta's supportable use cases, while building in
program nuances such as varying bank and network
supportability.
- Identify and automate workstream and Salesforce object
dependencies such as Program Funding, Quote, Opportunity, TTV and
Bank and Network submission forms
- Work cross-functionally with other teams (Revenue, LRC,
Delivery, Business Systems) to find opportunities to increase
operational efficiencies and scale our business
- Build JIRA service desk for project tracking and request intake
to connect to our broader systems such as Salesforce, Dashboard and
Slack
What we're looking for
- 5-7+ years of experience in data analytics or similar
consulting. Customer Support/Operations, or business operations
experience. Experience with customer experience or revenue
operations is a plus.
- Ability to think strategically, formulate analytical solutions
based on large, complex data sets and help solve business
problems.
- Detail and quality-oriented, and possess creative problem
solving skills to overcome any obstacle and get things done
- Strong knowledge of creating performance reporting and
dashboards using Salesforce tools, G Suite, Microsoft Office and
other tools to analyze and communicate data.
- Superior ability to communicate complex concepts and engage
stakeholders from various levels
- Flexible and adaptable to meet the evolving needs of a
high-growth organization. Can deal with ambiguity and knows how to
prioritize, manage, and deliver on multiple projects
simultaneously
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of
education and experience
Nice-to-have
- Experience with reporting and visualization platforms
(Salesforce, Snowflake, Looker)
- Experience with advanced SQL queries, data modeling, data
