Job Description:

We are looking to hire a candidate who has extensive healthcare industry experience directing the business development or selling clinical and/or genomics analytics solutions to Clinical Laboratories. The position requires considerable domain knowledge and experience in genomics and healthcare information technology, including knowledge of precision medicine. The sales executive will be part of a fast-paced, pre-IPO company and will be a key member of the Commercial team. The successful candidate will drive new business, extend the customer base of the company and work to achieve corporate revenue objectives. - This is a great growth opportunity for those interested in helping to make clinical genomics a reality in the field. - Responsibilities - Responsible for selling genomic analysis software and services to leading clinical laboratory clients by expanding Fabric's footprint in existing accounts - Engages external stakeholders regarding advanced genomic interpretation services - Achieves quarterly and annual sales plan and sales targets for assigned territory and accounts - Establishes, nurtures, and grows client relationships at the appropriate levels - Develops account plans and partnerships with key accounts in partnership with other commercial team members - Shares weekly sales activity reports with management, identifying successes, opportunities, and action plans - Develops client call cycle to achieve objectives and sales plan; follows up on leads - Recognizes and communicates sales opportunities to key team members - Establish, nurture, and grow client relationships including with senior stakeholders - Sets and manages customer expectations - Collaborates with companywide resources to achieve superior customer satisfaction - Maintains frequent personal contact with clients - Organizes and hosts client visits, Leads client presentations - Develops proposals for clients, working with Professional Services and Clinical Services to ensure client and company requirements are met - Uses CRM to manage internal communication and document territory and client information as required for the business unit - Responsible for opportunity management and accurate pipeline forecasting Requirements - A minimum of 10+ years of sales experience in the Life Science or Clinical Diagnostics industries, preferably in clinical diagnostics - Experience selling NGS analysis solutions is a plus. - Must be able to build relationships at a very high level. - Deep contacts with high level health care leaders in the clinical space. - Ability to effectively communicate and influence internal and external audiences, using both oral and written communication skills. - Understands the reimbursement process and keeps abreast of changes in the industry. - Understanding of the LDT and IVD marketplace. - Ability to travel 25% of the time - BA/BS or MS or equivalent degree in Life Sciences or Clinical Diagnostics (MBA a plus) WHAT WE DO Fabric Genomics is building a team of the best and brightest to help accelerate the promise of personalized medicine.
