Job Description:

*About the Job: *LaunchDarkly is on a mission to empower every team to launch, control and measure their software.Using feature flags, LaunchDarkly has made software delivery faster and safer, however, we're just getting started on our mission to help teams unlock all of the benefits of Feature Management. Over the last few years, LaunchDarkly has been steadily advancing beyond core deployment practices. Recently, we launched our experimentation offering to help customers learn and drive better outcomes. Looking forward, our mission is to empower software teams to measure the impact of any feature release using trustworthy statistical methods.By using flags to control exactly how, when, and to whom new features are delivered, software teams gain an amazing opportunity to measure and learn about the impact of their work. With the right measurement approach, teams can quickly identify regressions in performance, giving them the ability to remediate issues or shut-down poorly performing releases to minimize the blast radius for customers. The combination of control, observability, and automation allows software teams to test ideas safely, giving them the confidence to move faster than ever.
