Bring your passion for patient care and you will build a career you love in this Dir Business Development Hospice jobJoin the AccentCare team and apply for this Dir Business Development Hospice opportunity today!Responsibilities:Dir Business Development Hospice Responsibilities:Works in the field managing Hospice Care Consultants (HCC) at a minimum of three days a week.Complete ride along forms for each HCC that time is spent with, delivering them to both the HCC for feedback and your Executive Director (ED) for communication purposes.Manage the quota of each HCC and Clinical Liaison. Any number off the norm for and HCC must be submitted to the Executive Vice President, Business Development & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) by the 15th of the month PRIOR to the start of the quarter.Each Director, Business Development (DBD) is to meet with their team (face-to-face) on a weekly basis; this meeting can be either in the office or out in the field. As part of the weekly marketing meeting the DBD should prepare and distribute an outline for the meeting, review Amplicare Reports to ensure usage and documentation, review the Call Log Report/Referral Conversion Report/ABC Report of active accounts.AmplicareTrain and manage all HCC's on the usage of Amplicare. Monitor the usage of Amplicare by the HCC's show how. Use Amplicare to manage their field staff. All of the current and future reports that can provide you with a competitive edge.Ensure that any new HCC/Clinical Nurse Liaison (CNL) is fully prepared and has a decent understanding of Amplicare before training at the National Office. Utilize the competency form.Quarterly Business Plans by HCC/Clinical Liaisons (CL) entered into Amplicare on or before the 20th of the month prior to the quarter. Ensure that each HCC/CL has entered their detailed plan to increase business into the Profile of the account within Amplicare. We will have each account that is using our services detailed, as well as 10-15 other accounts that we are targeting for new business this upcoming quarter.Qualifications:Dir Business Development Hospice Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Sales or other related field preferred.Previous experience in hospice, home health, healthcare sales and/or community development.Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills.; Demonstrates an ability to work closely with a variety of people while effectively using problem-solving skills. Demonstrates an understanding of referral patterns in the service area. Demonstrates an ability to effectively direct and motivate a professional staff. Demonstrates the ability to develop and present new In-Services.
