Summary of Hospital Montclair Veterinary Hospital is seeking a
Clinical Director Veterinarian to lead our team! This opportunity
can include an equity partnership. Our pathway to partnership
provides veterinarians the opportunity to have equity in practice,
be the key decision-maker in the hospital, and create a wealth of
$1,000,000 or more, with no initial investment required. We partner
with veterinary professionals to drive their career development and

be advanced clinical and professional. The Ideal Candidate The
ideal candidate will have an appetite for leadership! You will
partner with the VetnCare team and your Hospital Manager to lead
your team and manage the hospital's day-to-day operations. You will
also have a desire to continue to advance your skill set and that
of your team clinically. We embrace advanced general practice by
emphasizing procedures, emergency, critical care, and ultrasound.
