Our company's mission is to provide our clients and customers with the best ROI in sales and marketing in conjunction with providing a substantial management training curriculum that personally challenges and develops each and every person within the company to grow and become the best version of themselves.The role of the Management Trainee is to help develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for our non-profit clients. The Management Trainee will be required to complete training all areas of our business operations and will work closely with the various business departments in an effort to maintain and further develop the relationship with our clients. -Responsibilities:

Maintain and build relationships our members of the community -Develop and execute marketing and revenue generation strategies -Grow existing product offerings with key accounts while introducing new product opportunitiesPromote our charity clients brand initiatives to the community -Provide regular interface with prospective donors -Learn all back end operations and brand management strategies -Manage donations, track sales and inventory -Provide excellent customer service to every customer by informing and educating them about the brands and charity initiatives - -Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:Through one to two years of sales experience you must be able to demonstrate acquired skill and measurable success in the following areas:

Advanced communication (written and verbal), organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal skills, including effective presentation and listening skillsBuilding and nurturing internal and external relationshipsSolid understanding of core marketing principlesEffective & Constructive working in a close team environment#LI-OnsitePowered by JazzHR
