DetailsJob Details:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Maintenance Manager for our facility. The ideal candidate will be a
seasoned professional with a strong background in industrial
maintenance, possessing the ability to troubleshoot intricate
machinery, perform emergency repairs, and interpret complex
blueprints and schematics. This role is permanent and requires a
minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, with 3+ years
of experience in reading blueprints and schematics. If you are a
skilled problem solver with a knack for maintaining and improving
manufacturing equipment, we would love to hear from
you.Responsibilities:1. Oversee the maintenance department,
ensuring all equipment is in excellent working condition to
minimize downtime and enhance productivity.2. Develop, implement,
and monitor preventative maintenance programs for all machinery and
equipment.3. Troubleshoot and perform emergency repairs on
equipment to prevent operational delays.4. Interpret and understand
blueprints and schematics to perform accurate repairs and
improvements.5. Demonstrate proficiency in welding, assisting in
repair work when necessary.6. Coordinate with the production team
to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting operations.7.
Train and mentor maintenance staff, fostering a culture of
continuous learning and improvement.8. Ensure adherence to all
safety regulations and maintain a safe and clean work
environment.9. Collaborate with management to plan and track
budgets for maintenance operations.10. Regularly inspect machinery
and equipment to identify potential issues and plan corrective
actions.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering,
Industrial Technology, or a related field.2. A minimum of 6 years
of experience as a Maintenance Manager in a manufacturing
setting.3. Proven experience in troubleshooting and performing
emergency repairs on industrial equipment.4. Proficient in welding
and other relevant maintenance skills.5. Excellent understanding of
blueprints and schematics with at least 5 years of experience in
this area.6. Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and
mentor a team.7. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen
attention to detail.8. Familiarity with safety regulations and
procedures in a manufacturing environment.9. Excellent verbal and
written communication skills.10. Ability to work under pressure and
manage multiple tasks simultaneously.This is an excellent
