organization's facilities department and Security. Oversees the
functioning of building systems including mechanical, electrical,
fire/life safety, and elevators. May manage the maintenance of
buildings and grounds. Oversees contractors for facility renovation
projects entailing HVAC, electrical systems, and production floor
