Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Case Management for
Arizona Long Term Care Services.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of ALTCS case managers, developing workflows
for timely issue responses
Ensure compliance with case management standards through regular
audits and assessments
Promote interdisciplinary collaboration and assist in the
development of the annual Case Management Plan
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in social work, healthcare, or equivalent
experience
3 years of experience in healthcare or working with the elderly,
physically disabled, or individuals with severe mental illness
One year of supervisory experience preferred
Ability to speak Spanish is preferred
Additional related education and/or experience is preferred
