A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations,
Customer Experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement customer
experience strategy aligned with business objectives
Define gold standards for CX KPI tracking and implement dashboard
system for visibility
Identify process improvement opportunities and lead continuous
improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or consulting,
with 5 years in a senior leadership role in a SaaS company
Proven ability to lead teams, drive change, and deliver results
Deep understanding of customer needs and commitment to exceptional
experiences
Demonstrated experience in managing complex projects and
initiatives
Proficiency in customer experience management tools, CRM systems,
and data analytics platforms
