Job Description:
A healthcare organization is seeking an Executive Director for
Strategy & Performance Excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and implement Revenue Cycle strategic plans aligned with
broader organizational strategies
Oversee operational elements of strategic initiatives and set
crucial metrics for monitoring outcomes
Facilitate continuous improvement through talent development,
process enhancement, and analytical approaches
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or
university
15+ years of healthcare revenue cycle experience
Senior leadership experience in a large, complex organization
preferred
Experience with EPIC EHR and knowledge of Objectives and Key
Results (OKR) methodology
