We help give over 50 million consumers, small business, and self-employed customers around the world the opportunity to prosper.OverviewIntuit TurboTax is seeking a seasoned product manager to join the Better Together team, which focuses on growing the joint TurboTax / Credit Karma customer base. In this role, you will lead onboarding and shopping experiences, ensuring Credit Karma members can seamlessly transition to TurboTax and receive a hyper-personalized experience. You will use cutting edge AI and rich Credit Karma data to create dynamic onboarding experiences that meet members where they are in their filing journey and surface the right information and next best action to get them started. This is a unique opportunity to shape the vision and head the execution for a high-impact, growth initiative.Responsibilities

• Define, own, and articulate a compelling vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for Credit Karma to TurboTax onboarding and shopping
• Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative, hyper-personalized onboarding experiences, leveraging AI models and rich customer data.
• Partner deeply with AI/ML, data science, engineering, design, and marketing teams to launch onboarding experiences and build new AI models to improve targeting of potential filers on Credit Karma
• Design, execute, and analyze experiments (A/B testing, user studies) to validate effectiveness of new onboarding experiences and impact on key metrics like conversion and revenue; drive iteration of experiences based on results
• Translate complex customer needs, technical capabilities, and business opportunities into a clear, prioritized roadmap with measurable outcomes.
• Build strong partnerships and influence roadmaps across teams Credit Karma, TurboTax and Intuit platform teams to ensure cohesive strategy and execution.
  • 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying top-notch consumer-facing software products
  • Solid track record of driving strategy and delivering products that utilize data-driven methods for personalization or dynamic user experiences at scale.
  • Expertise in personalization tactics, testing approaches, and data analysis.
  • Passion for tackling complex consumer problems, ideally within fintech, personal finance, tax, or related domains where user trust, accuracy, and data privacy are paramount.
  • Strong technical acumen; able to closely engage with engineering and data science regarding system architecture, capabilities, data flows, APIs, and technical considerations.
  • Experience in leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior management.
  • Adept in transforming complex concepts and data findings into distinct product requirements and persuasive strategic orientations.
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a quantitative or technical field; an MBA is a plus.
