  • You have discussed your interest in applying for this position with your current Manager.Reporting to the SVP of Insurance Marketing, this role is responsible for leading Life and Specialty Insurance acquisition from strategy to execution. This leader will develop a category strategy to grow market share through effective marketing communications, close partnership with sales teams, and a focus on delivering value to AAA Members. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing strategy and analysis, integrated marketing communications, and management of annual budgets. This individual will also play an integral role in supporting sales teams to achieve revenue targets.RESPONSIBILITIES / JOB DUTIES
    • Results Focus - Own overall Product acquisition performance and actively manage key business KPIs to ensure brand and business success.
    • Marketing Strategic Plan Development & Execution - Responsible for development, execution, and continuous optimization of annual plans including business analytics, advertising, digital and social media plans. Partner internally and externally to develop marketing creative, web and digital updates, and sales enablement materials that support marketing initiatives.
    • Insight generation - Partner with internal teams to understand key market dynamics for target consumers, Members, and key competitors. Cultivate consumer insights to unlock differentiated product positioning and messaging that resonates with the target audience.
    • Marketing Budget - Plan and manage marketing budget, leveraging data-driven optimizations to maximize impact.
    • Team Management - Lead and develop a high-performing Associate Product Manager.
    • Member Focus - a keen focus on delivering the best possible experience for AAA Members will guide your strategy development and decision making.
    • Other duties as assigned.KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
      • Excellent visionary, strategic, and courageous leadership skills.
      • Senior general management with P&L experience.
      • Fluency in consumer insights, strategic, financial, and analytical analysis.
      • Strong communication skills and team capabilities.
      • Superior demonstrated marketing skills and experience.EDUCATION, COMPETENCIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES
        • Minimum Requirements:
          • Bachelor Degree plus 5-7 years related work experience.
          • 5 plus years management experience.
            • Preferred Requirements:
              • MBA or Master's Degree.We target between minimum and midpoint of the range, and all offers are subject to a fair pay analysis - Compensation Range: Min: $149,109.00 - Mid: $166,315.00 - Max: $183,518.00
