Job Title: Center ManagerJob DescriptionThe Center Manager plays
a key leadership role in the daily operations and coordination of
multidisciplinary clinic services at the site level. This position
supports Center supervisors and oversees a broad range of ancillary
and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow,
exceptional customer service, and high-quality care delivery. The
Center Manager serves as the go-to operational leader on the clinic
floor and provides critical backup for Center Supervisors and daily
clinic operations when needed.Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational oversight and support to center
supervisors and ancillary support staff under the guidance of the
Center Director.
- Supervise non-provider ancillary staff such as Case Managers,
Community Health Workers, Triage Assistants, and Patient
Advocates.
- Serve as backup for Center Supervisor(s) during absences or as
delegated by the Center Director.
- Lead or support daily clinic huddles in partnership with
leadership and clinical staff.
- Work closely with the Center Director and Center Supervisors to
create and maintain care team schedules.
- Collaborate with subject matter expert Managers to maintain
accountability for ancillary staff.
- Assist with approving time-off requests and punch
corrections.
- Play an active role in the onboarding and orientation process
for new team members.
- Monitor and support supervisors in real-time staff management
to ensure optimal workflow.
- Assist with front desk and clinic floor coordination to ensure
seamless patient flow.
- Serve as the main point of operational contact for lab-related
coordination and escalation.
- Ensure a culture of accountability, teamwork, courtesy, and
exceptional customer service.
- Complete other tasks as assigned to support overall clinic
management and service efficiency.Essential Skills
