Located in East Bay of the San Francisco area, and only 12 miles from downtown. Enjoy 13 weeks in a variety of adventure in culture, arts and food. The 9 bed labor and delivery unit with 150-180 births per month provides care for laboring patients. May be expected to cross train to at least 1 other Maternal Child Health/Family Centered Care area with appropriate certifications. Required Qualifications 2 years of experience of adequate newborn care in a labor and delivery unit BLS, ACLS, NRP, Intermediate AWHONN, Fetal Monitoring certifications Circulate experience Float Antepartum and postpartum Preferred Qualifications Scrub Advanced AWHONN Health Connect experience About the Facility As part of the Kaiser Permanente group, the Oakland Medical Center offers high quality care to residents of the Bay Area, along with sister institutions based in Alameda, Pinole and Richmand.
