Terrific and Immediate opportunity in the Health Care Field

this part-time, temporary opportunity for a Project Administrative Assistant to assist with the interview process for new Residency candidates (medical students who have graduated from medical school and are coming to Hospital for on the job training and additional education). Candidates must possess a high school diploma or G.E.D. with some college, have a very friendly, outgoing personality, be able to greet hundreds of applicants with a smile, have a lot of patience be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment, assist with screening hundreds of applicant?s resumes and provide general office assistance (copying, filing, working with Microsoft Word and Excel, putting packets together, handling phone calls, emails, etc.). Work schedule is 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays (8 hours each day for a total of 16 hours) plus two half days (either mornings or afternoons for 4 hours each day) on either Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday for a total of 24 hours per week.
