StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $300000.00 - 300000.00Opportunity Highlights:\r\n

• 6 encounters/day
  
• M-F schedule with NO CALL. (Will consider .5 FTE)
  
• Open to a hybrid onsite/tele model or 3 days/week.
  
• Opportunity to incorporate therapy with medication management if you wish!
  
• $300,000 Salary
  
• $15,000 Sign On Bonus
  
• $10,000 Relocation
  
• 21 days PTO, 4 floating holidays, PLUS 10 paid holidays.
