POSITION SUMMARY At Asante Three Rivers Medical Center, the RN's in A/B Unit care for a combination of Medical and Cardiac patients. Nursing Station A/B has 32 beds which includes two psych hold rooms. The average census is 28-30. The Charge RN facilitates the daily operations of the clinical unit, including the coordination of resources to ensure the delivery of safe and efficient care and is responsible for mentoring, educating, and evaluating staff.
