Weekly Pay Range - $3091 To $3434 Job Title: Registered Nurse - Maternal Child Health Job Specialty: Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) - Critical Care Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour shifts, 07:00 PM to 07:30 AM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week Experience: Minimum of 1-year recent full-time equivalent experience within the last 3 years in a Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit preferred. License: Must hold a Registered Nurse License in the state where care is provided. Certifications: - Basic Life Support - Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Program Must-Have: - License & Certifications as listed above - Experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Job Description: - Provide care for newborns in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit requiring specialized attention. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to neonates. - Monitor the condition of infants and report critical changes to the medical team. - Administer medications, fluids, and treatments as prescribed. - Educate and support the families of neonates with an emphasis on understanding and coping strategies. - Maintain a safe and sterile environment to prevent infection. - Document patient status and interventions accurately and efficiently. - Participate in continuous education and in-service training to advance clinical skills. Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor---s degree in nursing or a related field. - Seven (7) years of recent experience in Level III Neonatal Intensive Care within the last ten (10) years is preferred.
